Our sausages are artisan produced and contain all meat with natural ingredients in natural casings, we class them as real food. They are wheat, gluten and dairy free with the exception of Cornish blue and all our sausages are made in a nut free environment. Varieties are farmhouse, Cumberland, pork and apricot, pork apple and Cornish orchards apple, chorizo style, pork and Cornish blue cheese, along with seasonal specials. As our products are hand made and produced the flavours may vary slightly but we always produce our products to our high standards
